THE FLOW: Every class is a uniquely crafted vinyasa flow for all levels (beginner to advanced). If you are new to yoga, don't worry! I will guide you through it all. Remember, this is YOUR practice so go at your own pace and style. Feel free to take breaks, make adjustments, and take care of yourself as needed. Of course, I will be providing opportunities to power it up as well.
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, towel(s), and water are highly encouraged. Blocks and straps are available for your complimentary use. A few loaner mats may be available or new mats can be purchased for $10.
WHAT TO WEAR: Activewear that is breathable, flexible, and comfortable depending on your personal preferences. Remember, this is a judgment free zone; feel free to be you, with the only caveat- clothing is required.
CLASS PROCEDURES: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking, check-in and get situated. Class will run about 90 minutes.
HEAT: Spot heaters are placed around the class. There are areas without direct heaters for those who prefer less heat. Please do not touch, adjust, or move the heaters or cords.
